Games in training

How we organise ourselves in training games. 6 back, setting from 2 and no poaching or switching (see linked document)

The attached document shows our 'system' but in our mixed training sessions we tend to keep things simpler and flexible. If you are relatively new to volleyball you may not appreciate there are different ways to play and we probably play a little differently to the way you play at school. We try to have specialist setters who always try to get to the second contact and we normally play a 6-back system (the middle player at the back plays near the baseline).
